When you book your event, NW Events' full-service team will help plan your use of our space, coordinate equipment, and facilitate service enhancements. We've developed relationships with many vendors over the years. We can help you find the right partners to create a seamless collaboration that fits your occasion.

Coordinator

Your contract includes a venue coordinator at no additional cost. This service includes:

Managing Contract Details
Coordinating with other vendors
Creating custom menus and arranging a tasting
Creating and updating the floor plan
Decor & custom build consultations
Brainstorming sessions to create a well-rounded theme and/or design for your event.
Assisting in maximizing the highest sponsorship level available.

Rentals

NW Event Rentals service is here to provide you with all of your in-venue rental needs. NW Event Rentals is available for both on and off-site events.

NW Catering is our top-of-the-line catering company that prides itself on offering the highest quality ingredients from local sources and using them to create the perfect menu for your budget and event. We offer a wide variety of Gluten-Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, and Dairy Free menu options to accommodate all of your guests.

Our in-house bar is fully equipped for any size event. We are proud to offer a wide assortment of local and imported beers, wines, champagnes and cocktails. Just like our custom design abilities, we can also create specialty or custom cocktails to make your event unique.
